Pending repeal of a Citizenship Regulations provision flagged in consolidated text

The consolidated text of the Citizenship Regulations has been updated to flag an amendment that is not yet in force. Specifically, a separate amending instrument will repeal section 26.2 of the Citizenship Regulations once it takes effect. Until that instrument comes into force, section 26.2 continues to apply. Individuals and organizations that rely on or are subject to section 26.2 should be aware that this provision is slated for removal and should monitor when the pending amendment becomes effective. No fees or other provisions have changed at this time.
