Grain movement order repealed by operation of law — minimum weekly tonnage requirements no longer in effect

This order, which had required Canadian National Railway and Canadian Pacific Railway to each move specified minimum weekly tonnages of grain across several defined periods, has been repealed by operation of law. All of the substantive provisions setting out those minimum movement requirements have been removed from the consolidated text. Operators and compliance teams who previously tracked obligations under this order should note it no longer imposes any active requirements. No replacement order is referenced in this change.
