Order approving repeal of Laurentian Pilotage District No. 3 rules is now marked as repealed by operation of law

The consolidated text of this Order has been updated to reflect that it has been repealed by operation of law under its own coming-into-force provision. The substantive content of the Order — including its preamble, approval clause, and procedural history — has been removed from the consolidated version and replaced with a repeal notation. In practical terms, this instrument no longer has operative effect and is no longer a live regulatory instrument. Operators and pilots who previously relied on it for guidance on Laurentian Pilotage Authority District No. 3 requirements should ensure they are referencing current pilotage rules.
